Evan Burns, owner and operator of Burnin Lines, is a licensed U.S. Coast Guard captain with a lifelong passion for fishing. Guiding Northern California waters since 2017, he brings over 25 years of experience fishing the region’s lakes, rivers, delta, and bay. Fishing has been a family tradition passed down through generations, and Evan is dedicated to sharing that legacy with others. Holding licenses through California Fish and Game and California State Parks, he strives to create unforgettable fishing experiences. Clients can join him aboard a custom 24ft jet boat, built to accommodate up to six guests, for an exciting and memorable day on the water.
